Have you heard of a Flashmob? What about a Meditation Flashmob?!
We’re so excited to invite you to participate in our inaugural meditation flash mob, Yogapalooza Sits, on June 10th at 2pm at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto. Why a meditation flashmob? Meditation is a peaceful way to cultivate awareness and this 30 minute silent event is a public way of expressing the importance of taking the time out to #stop #sit and #breathe while focusing our intention on peace and healing.
We will arrive on location, sit, and disperse after 30 minutes. Simple yet powerful. This is a free event and all are welcome and encouraged to participate. There is power in numbers, we would love to see you there and be part of the positive movement. The time is now to congregate with like-minded yogis and raise the vibration for our friends, family, our cities and the entire planet!
